Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Education Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will lead and support the planning, architectural design, and delivery of K-12 and Higher Education facilities. You will leverage advanced Autodesk Revit proficiency to produce detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) deliverables, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and create functional, innovative learning environments. Key Responsibilities Architectural Design and Planning: Contribute to all project phases-from schematic design through construction administration-specifically tailored to K-12 schools, university academic buildings, and student facilities. BIM / Revit Leadership: Produce, manage, and coordinate complex architectural models, detailed construction documents, and families in Autodesk Revit adhering to firm BIM standards. Code and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs strictly comply with local building codes, accessibility requirements (ADA/Equality Act), and education department guidelines or funding body specifications. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Present design concepts and project updates to school boards, university committees, contractors, and community stakeholders. Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants to resolve spatial conflicts using Navisworks or Revit clash detection.
