Fabric Maintenance / Handyman required to cover 2 sites in Central London (Regent Street) salary up to £42k, overtime and great benefits. Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in Blue Chip Commercial Buildings and High End Residential apartments. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Fabric Maintenance / Handyman to cover 2 Buildings in Regent Street, W1. Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out general building Fabric repair and maintenance Basic Carpentry, Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture Basic plumbing and small leak repairs to toilets and general sanitary ware Small painting, decoration and making good fitting of carpet tiles / wall coverings etc Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU''s / FCU''s Assistance with furniture moving, notice board errecting Complete reactive, PPM jobs and projects in a timely and efficient manner Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards Candidate requirements; Proven experience - working within Commercial Building Fabric maintenance repairs Relevant trade qualifications, such as City and Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry and Joinery is preferred but time served experience also considered. Essential to have excellent client facing skills Computer literate An understanding of client satisfaction and an urgency to complete tasks exceeding expectations.
