Our client is an industry leading brand based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for a Senior PR & Influencer Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

• Quarterly US travel and monthly London travel flexibility is required
• Influencer strategy & leadership (60%)
• PR & Communications (40%)
• Lead the entire strategy of PR & Influencer for the brand
• Build the CEO and senior leadership presence on LinkedIn and in trade press
• Own trade and business press strategy
• Own all influencer and talent contracts end-to-end
• Identify the high-citation publications and structured-content sources for our categories
• Position senior leadership as commentators on the conversations that matter to the brand
• Own talent dressing and celebrity seeding — securing organic wears for moments
• Set the strategic direction for the influencer programme across all territories
• Lead the casting and strategic shape of headline activations

• At least 5 years experience in Influencer Marketing, PR or Brand Communications
• Demonstrable track record of building or significantly scaling an influencer programme — not just managing one
• Genuine fluency in the modern media landscape — Substack, podcasts, group chats, commentary creators and niche newsletter, etc.
• Strong commercial instinct
• Experience managing agencies with a clear point of view on what to keep in-house vs partner out
