Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader, Supervisor, or Payroll Manager to join them on an interim basis in the Bristol area. This position will suit a payroll professional who has previously managed or led a payroll team, bringing strong people management skills and the confidence to oversee a busy, high-volume function. The role supports the delivery of a large, multi-site payroll, so experience managing payroll across multiple locations is essential.
 
Key responsibilities of the Payroll Team Leader / Manager:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple sites.
• Act as a primary point of contact and work closely with a range of stakeholders.
• Lead, support, and guide a small payroll team.

 
The ideal Payroll Team Leader / Manager will be:

• A qualified and experienced payroll professional.
• Skilled in managing high-volume payrolls, ideally across multiple countries or locations.
• Equipped with strong technical payroll knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
