Administrator Service Advisor Part time / Full Time
kolt recruitment are looking for a CSA Administrator for a well-established and growing plant servicing and repair company based in Salisbury. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy team, supporting the service department with coordination, communication and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Supporting the service team with day-to-day administrative tasks Help With social media Coordinating engineer schedules and booking appointments Handling customer enquiries via phone and email Raising job cards, purchase orders and invoices Processing service reports and maintaining accurate records Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding parts and updates Updating internal systems and databases Assisting with fleet and compliance documentation General office administration and filing Requirements Previous experience in an administrative or service support role Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment close attention to detail and accuracy This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and busy team within a reputable company in Salisbury. kolt recruitment specialise in automotive recruitment across the UK.
