MAIN DUTIES: Preparing viability and detailed designs to establish a satisfactory resolution of engineering issues. Carrying out practical economical Section 38 and 104 designs to adoptable standards and supplying a package of information to the Commercial Department for tender purposes. Work with the appointed Environmental and Geotechnical Consultants to provide solutions to foundation and contamination issues. Liaising with Designers in relation to the development of housing layouts with a view to offering advice on SUDs and value engineering. Assisting in the production of site appraisals.
