Youre calm under pressure, obsessed with flavour, and ready to step up when needed. Youre someone who sees the kitchen as a craft

not just a job. Whether youre on sauce or running a busy Saturday night pass, your standards never slip.Youll have:Experience at Sous or strong Junior Sous level in a fresh food kitchen

Passion for seasonal produce and bold British-European flavours

Confidence running service and maintaining quality under pressure

High food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

A team-first mindset and a genuine desire to lead and learn

Interest in wood-fired cooking (experience a bonus, training provided)

What Youll Be Doing

Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations

Leading service, training junior chefs, and maintaining consistency

Contributing ideas for new dishes and seasonal menu changes

Ensuring high standards of prep, cleanliness, and compliance

Helping manage stock, wastage, and kitchen organisation

Being a calm, reliable presence on busy shifts

Salary £35,000£38,000 depending on experience
