They are a respected contractor with a strong reputation, robust order book and a commitment to quality and safety.The successful candidate will have a strong civil engineering background and proven experience managing drainage, external works packages on medium to large-scale projects.Main Responsibilities: Manage groundworks operations including external works, drainage, block pavingCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersReview and interpret drawings, specifications, and programmesEnsure compliance with HandS, environmental, and quality standardsMonitor progress, manage budgets, and produce site reportsLiaise with clients, consultants, and internal teamsSupport setting out and QA processesReporting to Contract ManagerAssist with the producing and updating of programmes with planning teamEnsure project is delivered on time, to budget, and with quality assured Experience: Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (not essential)Previous experience on groundworks / external works projectsStrong technical knowledge of civil worksCSCS (Black or White card), SMSTS, and First AidProficiency in Microsoft Project and site reporting toolsPlease contact John Ashcroft on (phone number removed) for more information (all discussions are confidential)About UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community. ..... full job details .....
