You will ensure repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to residents.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out reactive and planned maintenance worksComplete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating repairsUndertake minor patch plastering and making-good worksReplace fixtures, fittings, locks, hinges and door furnitureConduct routine property inspections and identify repair requirementsEnsure all work complies with health and safety regulationsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Maintenance Operative, Handyman, Multi Trader or Multi Skilled OperativeExperience working within social housing, housing maintenance, local authority or property services environmentsGood all-round maintenance skills across multiple tradesFull UK Driving ..... full job details .....
