Description As Operations Manager, you will; Manage the day-to-day facilities operations across a complex, Central London property. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules for all building systems. Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective management of resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and service providers. Oversee contractor performance to ensure service level agreements are met.
