Customer Service Advisor / Sales Support

Full Time | Permanent | Redhill

-27000 plus Bonus (-200 per month)

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for your next opportunity? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing business based on the outskirts of Redhill.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team in modern offices, providing excellent customer service while supporting the wider sales operation. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handling incoming customer and supplier enquiries by telephone and email
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing a high level of service
• Responding to queries, resolving issues and keeping customers updated
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly
• Updating customer and order information on internal systems
• Assisting with general sales administration and supporting the wider team
• Ensuring all customer records and information are kept accurate and up to date

About You:

You will have previous office-based customer service experience and be confident handling both telephone and email enquiries. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to your work.

You will be comfortable working in a busy environment, able to manage multiple tasks and confident dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues. A good level of IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems are also important.
