Position: Site Manager Location: Kettering Salary: up to 34,000 Schedule: Full-time with shifts, including evenings and weekends Role Overview: Lead operations of a dynamic health/fitness club and sports complex with facilities including badminton and squash courts, a gym, pool, and wellness amenities. Manage daily operations, large-scale events, staff, and business development to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
