Finance Manager - Part Time 10 hours per week Ealing Swimming Club in West London is one of the biggest swimming clubs in the UK. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be positive, adaptable and committed to ensuring financial integrity, effective budgeting, and compliance in managing ESC accounts. The club is a registered charity and we deliver a huge water sports program across the borough for ages 4 and above including competitive training, masters, disability swimming and water polo. We have swimmers who compete at the highest national and international levels. Job Description Finance Manager Salary Dependant on experience Reporting Line Report to the Senior Management Team and Trustee Board. Work Commitment Part Time 10 hours per week Scope Maintain integrity of the financial records for the charity and its members. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of annual budget Preparation of forecasts as required Preparation of Quarterly Management Accounts and Year End Accounts including, pre-payments, accruals and journal entries Reconcile all balance sheet accounts on the management accounts Run the trial balance and profit and loss account for the period. Liaise with external auditors for preparation of year end statutory accounts.
