This is a hands-on, workshop-based role, ideally suited to a mechanically biased engineer who enjoys building machinery from the ground up, taking ownership of quality, and using initiative to solve engineering challenges as they arise. Our client designs and builds packaging machinery in-house, supplying engineered solutions to customers across multiple industries. They have a strong reputation for engineering standards, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement, and offer a stable, supportive working environment with modern facilities. This role would suit someone who takes pride in build quality, enjoys problem-solving rather than repetitive fitting, and wants to be involved across the full machine build lifecycle from first assembly through to testing and pre-delivery.
