The role has a particular focus on cross-border wills, succession and estate planning, with an emphasis on Spanish private client matters.The role will involve drafting and negotiating wills, trusts, deeds and related private client documentation, alongside preparing tailored advice to clients. You will manage the administration of complex cross-border estates, liaise directly with clients, advisers and other stakeholders, and manage an active caseload to deliver clear, practical advice.
