They are now seeking a Hard Services Manager to oversee the delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance services on a large-scale distribution facility.JOB PURPOSEOversee the delivery of all reactive and planned works on a defined site, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest standard.Engage with senior client stakeholders and internal teams, including MI reporting and local business planning input.Manage site-based operations to ensure optimal facility performance and compliance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works.Support and manage the engineering team including Lead Engineer, DMTs, and DMAs to meet KPIs and SLAs.Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Track and report operational performance across all areas of responsibility.Oversee quotation processes and project delivery with both internal and client-direct supply chains.Approve and manage RAMS and other Health and Safety documentation.Develop and manage direct reports including performance management and training.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.Chair both internal and client-facing meetings.Provide regular site reports to senior ..... full job details .....
