Someone who sees digital as a commercial growth engine, not a support function. We re working with a rapidly scaling, multi-site consumer-facing organisation that s investing heavily in technology, data and digital platforms to reshape customer experience, unlock growth, and simplify operations at scale. You ll own the end-to-end digital and technology strategy, spanning: Customer-facing digital platforms Core business systems and integrations Data, insight and analytics Cyber security, risk and compliance Infrastructure, service delivery and suppliers Fundamentally your remit is to create and develop a modern, secure, scalable digital ecosystem that drives revenue, retention and operational efficiency across a national estate.
