This role focuses on identifying, developing, and onboarding new employer partners, promoting both apprenticeship programmes and commercial tech training solutions. As the Business Development Manager, you will support organisations in building future-ready digital workforces through programmes such as Software Development, Cyber Security, Data, Cloud, and IT Support, working with both levy and non-levy employers to maximise the value of apprenticeships and funded training. This is a target-driven role. The ideal Business Development Manager will have strong sales capability, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the UK apprenticeship and digital skills landscape.
