Lead Building Controls Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is working with a leading and established specialist within building technology. A company that are focused on smart home technology through to building controls.

The business is committed to enhancing energy efficiency and optimising building management systems.

Due to their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Building Controls engineer who can;

• Lead installation, commissioning of building control systems and energy management software
• Oversee the integration of home automation systems with existing building management systems
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct site assessments and prepare technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Building management systems (BMS), including installation and commissioning
• Strong knowledge of KNX and other building management protocols
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as: Modbus & BACnet
• Experience with networking and IP configuration is an advantage

Salary:

• -40,000 - -48,000
• Company Van
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
