Job Title: Employee Relations SpecialistLocation: London - Fully remote with occasional travel to St Albans / EpsomDuration: 12 monthsRate: 650 per day via umbrella company We are currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a busy and collaborative HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong ER knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a varied and complex caseload. The successful candidate will support managers and HR teams across a broad range of employee relations matters, whilst providing practical and commercially focused advice. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied ER caseload including grievances, disciplinaries, performance and capability matters, absence management, wellbeing cases and contractual queriesProviding expert ER guidance and support to managers and HR stakeholdersCoaching and influencing stakeholders to achieve fair and commercially focused outcomesEnsuring compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and proceduresSupporting organisational change initiatives and employee consultation processesBuilding strong working relationships across the business to promote positive employee relationsSupporting ER projects, knowledge sharing initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesInterpreting legislation updates and translating them into practical business guidanceMaintaining accurate records and ensuring matters are managed in line with best practice and ..... full job details .....
