We are now investing in the next stage of our growth within Transport & Logistics Professional Recruitment and are looking for an ambitious Business Director to lead the expansion of our permanent recruitment offering within this specialist market.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a developing sector, build on the strength of Blue Arrow''s established and high-profile temporary staffing logistics business, and create a market-leading permanent recruitment proposition.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, revenue-generating leadership role.

You will be responsible for:

• Personally, billing and delivering permanent recruitment revenue
• Winning new business and developing strategic client relationships
• Building and promoting a network of high-quality Transport & Logistics professionals
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of two Recruitment Consultants
• Driving sales activity across both new and existing Blue Arrow clients
• Creating and executing a growth strategy for the Transport & Logistics professional recruitment sector
• Working collaboratively with our national branch network and logistics teams to maximise opportunities
