Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our client in Coventry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through rigorous quality checks and assessments.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyse inspection results and compile reports to communicate findings to management and relevant departments.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Perform routine audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance.

Skills:

• Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software is advantageous.

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 10pm-6am

Rate of pay: £15.21 per hour
