Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

I''m currently partnering with one of my long-standing clients who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the commercial lead on a diverse portfolio of construction projects ranging from £15m to £40m, across both the industrial and residential sectors and agricultural 

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly cost / value report generation
• Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to during the entirety of scheme
• Oversee appointed contractors to ensure projects are delivered in line with both programme and budget

Essential Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Must have relevant experience and qualifications in H&S & Compliance
• Must be flexible in travel and hold a Full UK Driving License

Essential Experience and Knowledge

• Track record as commercial lead on schemes up to £1m
• Demonstrate budget management up to £4m p/a
• Previous experience across Industrial Sheds
• Agricultural experience would be great
