As a Desk Side Support Engineer, you will be based within the Workplace Service Centre in North Yorkshire, providing 1st line technical support. Ensuring that workplace problems are resolved quickly, allowing colleagues to focus on their own roles. KEY DUTIES Provide a single point of contact to internal colleagues reporting IT-related incidents.
