Key Responsibilities:Supporting, coaching and developing the sales teamDeliver exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Focus on achieving business targets for revenue and occupancy.Possess excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Opera Sales and/or Delphi.Engage in proactive selling and effectively convert enquiries into bookings.Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.Pay attention to detail and have a thorough understanding of competitors to fully promote the facilities.Exhibit strong leadership skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
