Pensions AdministratorReporting to: Pensions Team ManagerWe''re looking for a Pensions Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality, end-to-end pensions administration services for scheme members and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate pensions administration in line with SLAs, quality standards and regulatory requirementsRespond to member queries across multiple channels, ensuring a strong customer experienceSupport complex casework, high-value cases and complaintsMaintain accurate member records and scheme dataIdentify and escalate risks, breaches and complaints appropriatelyWork to agreed KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to support team performanceSkills andamp; ExperienceEssentialExperience in DB and/or DC pensions administrationStrong attention to detail with a "right first time" approachConfident written and verbal communication skillsExperience using pensions administration systems and Microsoft Office 365Ability to perform manual calculationsDesirablePMI and/or CII pensions qualificationsCustomer service qualification or apprenticeshipThis role would suit a proactive pensions administrator who enjoys working in a quality-driven, customer-focused environment.Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien andamp; SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
