Main Duties and Responsibilities Undertake all electrical works including maintenance, modernisation, improvements and remedial works across properties.Complete rewires, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, wiring, connection and commissioning of heating fuel systems.Ensure all jobs are correctly closed down via a mobile device upon completion.Take responsibility for company equipment including van stock, tools, vehicle and materials.Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.Maintain high safety standards to ensure the security of tenants and properties.Work in both occupied and void properties, including confined spaces such as roof voids.
