This is a fantastic opportunityfor someone with a passion for food innovation to play a key rolein developing new products from concept through to commerciallaunch. Working within the Technical and NPD team, you''ll be involved inkitchen development, product formulation, factory trials,shelf-life testing and supporting successful product launches.You''ll also prepare technical documentation, complete nutritionalcalculations, liaise with customers and internal teams and helpensure products meet the highest standards of quality, foodsafety and compliance. What we''re looking for: Degree in Food Science, Product Development or similar - recentgraduates are encouraged to apply as full training will beprovided. Experience in food or beverage manufacturing, NPD, or processdevelopment is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of food safety, quality systems and nutritionallabelling is advantageous.
