Data and Digital Assistant Location: Homebased with frequent travel to Manchester Office. Salary: £28,000 per annum (Home working allowance) Vacancy Type: Full-time, Permanent Closing date is 16th February 2026. However we reserve the right to close before the date. Why this role matters The Data and Digital Assistant supports the organisation s data and digital initiatives, focusing on maintaining high standards of data quality, record-keeping, and document management. The role involves working closely with the Information Manager to ensure that data and records are managed in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The Data and Digital Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organisation s data assets are protected, well-organised, and accessible to support informed decision-making. Experience and qualifications Strong understanding of document management systems and record-keeping best practices. Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance requirements related to data and record-keeping. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data and records. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
