Welfare Cleaner / Janitor - Port Talbot Port Talbot Competitive hourly rate Monday to Friday Construction Project Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Welfare Cleaner / Janitor for a major construction project in Port Talbot. These roles are on a temp - perm basis with potential for long-term opportunities. You will join a reputable construction team that values safety, reliability, and high standards of cleanliness. Key Duties Sweep and clear debris from work areas. Clean welfare facilities including toilets, canteens and offices. Empty bins and manage waste disposal. Wipe down surfaces and maintain hygiene standards. Report hazards or maintenance issues to site management. Work independently while following site safety protocols at all times. Requirements Valid CSCS card desirable, or the ability ro obtain one Previous cleaning experience on construction or industrial sites preferred. Good understanding of health and safety practices. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail. PPE can be provided if required. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate.
