We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a specialist two-person team delivering pond and water feature construction projects across the UK. This is an ongoing temporary role offering regular work, paid travel time, accommodation when working away, and the opportunity to be involved in unique landscaping and construction projects.The role involves travelling to sites across the UK, typically working away Monday to Friday and returning home at weekends. Candidates must be comfortable staying away during the week and working outdoors in a hands-on construction environment.Key Responsibilities:Accept and organise deliveries of materials, tools, and equipmentSet out work areas and build projects from technical drawingsCarry out excavations using hand tools and plant machineryUndertake general groundworks and site preparationInstall pond liners and associated construction componentsPlace stone, rock, and boulder features as part of the final buildInstall and commission filtration systems and equipmentPour concrete footings and bases as requiredComplete slabbing, landscaping, and finishing worksOperate site equipment including diggers, dumpers, hole borers, and laser levelsWork safely and effectively as part of a two-person teamRequirements:Previous groundworks, landscaping, or construction experienceAbility to read and work from technical drawingsExperience driving diggers and dumpers Experience operating plant and site equipment is ..... full job details .....
