DIRECTOR OF DECISION SCIENCE LONDON UP TO £170,000 A high-growth, data-led financial services business is hiring a Director of Decision Science. This is a critical, senior hire within the decisioning function, responsible for leading the team that designs, builds and owns all credit scoring and decision models across the customer lifecycle. THE ROLE The team builds and maintains all credit scoring and decisioning models using techniques such as GBM and XGBoost, owning the end-to-end model lifecycle from development through to monitoring and optimisation.
