Building Services Engineer Annual Salary: £45,000Location: FrimleyJob Type: Full-time Join a leading global provider of facilities management and building services as a Building Services Engineer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of critical systems at a large commercial site in Frimley. Day-to-day of the role: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance using advanced facilities management software.Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks via a dedicated tech app.Ensure compliance with Legionella L8 regulations.Perform electrical work in line with 8th Edition standards.Liaise with external contractors for specialist services such as AC units and boilers.Conduct water testing and tap testing.Maintain and troubleshoot general building systems including UPS systems, generators, and fire sprinklers.Participate in an on-call rota for emergency response. Required Skills and Qualifications: Electrical qualification (8th Edition).Experience in general building services maintenance.Knowledge of Legionella L8 compliance.HV experience preferred (training provided if necessary).NEBOSH certification is advantageous but not essential.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems.
