Hard FM Services Manager / Up to -240 per day (PAYE) / London / Hybrid / 6-month contract position

A large non for profit organisation are currently seeking a Hard FM Services Manager to join their team to join their team and oversee all Hard FM Services. This includes liaising with suppliers and scheduling any planned and reactive works.- -

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing supplier relationships and communications
• Manage new supplier onboarding
• Liaise with senior management regarding change requests and your feedback on these
• Complete building inspections and reports
• Review supplier contracts and ensure works completed are in accordance with these
• Track KPIs
• Be responsible for any Hard FM Service queries across the business
• Schedule planned and reactive works to Hard FM Services.
• Issue contractor access forms and ensure the system is updated with these

• Experience working previously in a Hard FM Services role
• IOSH qualified or equivalent
• Knowledge of industry standards
• Experience using CAFM systems or similar
• Experience scheduling works
• Contractor management experience
• Incident management experience
• An excellent communicator
• Hard-working and ambitious

• Up to -240 per day PAYE
