You will lead property option appraisals, identify opportunities to maximise the value of assets, and deliver projects that create high-quality homes for customers.

About the Role

As a Project Surveyor, you will:

• Manage projects to convert underutilised spaces into quality, lettable accommodation.
• Prepare and present business cases and technical reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Commission and manage specialist surveys and technical reports where required.
• Develop technical specifications, oversee procurement processes, and manage construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Support asset data management, stock condition information, and strategic investment planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational objectives and governance requirements.
• Lead property option appraisals to determine the most effective long-term use of housing assets.
