We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team, working in a fast paced small residential home ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care and support during the night hours. Key Responsibilities for a Senior Healthcare Assistant: Lead the care team to deliver person-centred care. Administer medication and manage care plans effectively. Provide personal care and emotional support to residents. Monitor residents health and wellbeing, promptly addressing any changes. Maintain accurate and detailed records of care activities. Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment in accordance with care standards. What We re Looking For in a Senior Healthcare Assistant: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or a commitment to achieving it). Experience in a senior care role, preferably within a residential care setting. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanour.
