Russell Taylor CDI are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our client in Warrington.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering -17.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks, followed by a permanent salary of -46,000 per annum.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be completing general haulage work, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and professionally.

Your duties will include:

General haulage deliveries and collections
Completing vehicle checks before and during your shift
Ensuring loads are safely secured
Following drivers'' hours and tachograph regulations
Completing delivery paperwork accurately
Maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle
Providing a professional service to customers
What We''re Looking For
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 3 months'' Class 1 driving experience
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of drivers'' hours and tachograph regulations
Reliable and professional approach to work
Good communication and customer service skills
No more than 6 points on your licence
