Prepare and issue quotations, order confirmations and delivery information. Monitor the progress of customer orders from placement through to delivery. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. Support the sales team with general administration and customercommunications.Customer Service Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email. Provide product information, order updates and after-sales support. Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
