Finishing Foreman Tier 1 Contractor London Fairmead are working on behalf of a leading high end residential contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager, with Foreman Expirence. The Role: Hands-on role overseeing finishing trades on a live site. You ll be walking the job daily, managing snags via a site tablet, checking finishes, and pushing works through to handover. Must be confident using digital tools and dealing directly with trades. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day finishing works across multiple plots. Coordinating with the team on site to go other the snags. Snagging and de-snagging using site management software Reporting progress and issues back to the site and project managers Maintaining HandS standards at all times Assisting with final handovers to client/main contractor Requirements: Strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach to quality control Carpentry and Joiner Expirence Impact Driver and Jigsaw Drill Competent using a tablet/site management software CSCS card (Gold preferred), SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid Able to walk the job all day this isn t a desk-based ..... full job details .....
