This is a pivotal leadership opportunity within the IT Services Lead Team, with responsibility for the strategic direction and operational management of enterprise applications that underpin the client''s internal and customer systems. As a senior leader, you''ll take accountability for a 5m portfolio, driving the design, delivery, and optimisation of IT solutions that directly support our client''s ambitious 2030 strategy. With a dual focus on strategy and service delivery, you''ll lead high-performing technical, managerial, and administrative teams, embedding a customer-first culture across the directorate and wider organisation.
