My client is looking for a part-time (3 days per week) HR Operations Manager to join their team on a 1-year fixed-term contract.This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected international investment firm, providing essential support to the HR function. You will play a key role in managing the transactional and operational responsibilities of the HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, systems and compliance.Key Responsibilities
Managing UK payroll reconciliation and sign-off, and overseeing overseas payroll instructionsAdministering employee benefits, including annual renewals and ongoing supportSupporting annual PAYE submissions and compliance with
SMCR
requirementsProducing monthly HR and business line reportsMaintaining the
HRIS (Workday)
and managing HR SharePointOverseeing GDPR compliance processes, including data retention and deletionManaging immigration and relocation processesSupporting HR budget planning and invoice approvalsAssisting with annual performance and reward cycles, benefit renewals, and policy reviewsCoordinating internal and external audits as needed
