The role is paying £25,691, rising to £26,450 after successful completion of probation. As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a team to support the production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). You will carry out a range of hands-on production tasks including hand soldering, machine operation, testing and supporting final builds. Your role will help ensure products are completed efficiently, to the highest quality standards and on schedule.
