Senior Producer (3 days a week) Overview: The Senior Producer will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company''s national and international programme during a significant period of artistic and organisational development. Working closely with the Artistic Director and Executive Director, the post holder will lead on international producing, partnerships, touring and co-commissions. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Artistic Director and team to realise ideas for productions, projects, and wider artistic initiatives, supporting the strategic development and effective delivery of the artistic programme in line with the company''s vision, agreed timescales and budgets, and Arts Council England priorities. Maintain existing partnerships with international promoters, commissioners, agents and secure new international partnerships. Work closely with the Executive Director, to secure international commissions, co-production investment, premieres and bookings.
