The Application Engineer is an expert and provides the best technical consulting and solution for key applications to the Sales Teams in the pre-sales phase of different industry segments of the company while taking commercial consideration fully into account when proposing solutions, continuously support the projects assigned to them. As each Application Engineer has their own specific field of expertise, for this role specification, commissioning, software and controls functionalities are the required fields of expertise. Key Aspects Of The Role : Provides technical and application support to Sales/Engineering teams on specific applications and production processes of the industry segments. Proposes customer specific solutions in close cooperation with the customer and Sales/Engineering in accordance with the regulations of the industry segment in question (Machinery Directive, etc.). Shows effective performance at sales meetings with the customers to identify needs and gain customer acceptance of all products and services.
