The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND
- Confident supporting pupils with complex needs, autism, challenging behaviour or learning difficulties
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
- Calm, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils
- Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting the wider school team
The Role
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop their independence and manage their behaviour and emotions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA or Level 3 TA looking to develop their career within a specialist SEND setting.
