You will be playing the leading role in the development of shopfloor capabilities, as well as champion all manufacturing projects. Role Description Responsible for Safety, Health and Environmental objectives and a Safety culture within the Manufacturing function. Flexibility on working time - requirement to work flexible shifts to support production and projects. Able to plan and organise workload of self and others and follow through on actions. Ensure full job rotation is applied according to EHS/Ergo needs/recommendations. Day to day management of the Production eam, focusing on labour efficiency, OEE, Scrap, to achieve targets. Lead, manage and coach operatives Ensure training and development needs are addressed for all team members.
