Sales Manager Rotherham / Doncaster up to £63.5k with a basic of £42k and expected OTE of up to £21.5k paid monthly (uncapped commission structure and performance-based accelerators) This office based sales manager will lead a small, high performing sales team, ensuring their international customers receive first class service, reliable equipment, technical expertise and dependable global delivery. Working alongside a supportive leadership team in a strong development environment with occasional UK and international travel. As the sales manager, you will lead and develop a team of 3 on-site and 2 remote sales people, driving commercial growth, overseeing key opportunities and campaigns and building strong relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders globally. You will work closely with the head of global sales and the wider leadership team on forecasting, strategy, and continuous improvement across sales processes.
