Human Resources Business Partner - Media/ AdvertisingFantastic opportunity to join one of London''s brightest agencies as an HR Business Partner. Hybrid working (3:2) with offices in a great central London location.

Salary: Between £50,000 and £60,000 depending on experience levels. Plus excellent benefits.

Working as part of an HR team and supporting talented, creative, engaged, high-performing teams, you will be responsible for full generalist support as well as partnering with managers to ensure the delivery of the day-to-day, 360 degree HR service.

Your role will cover:

supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues

retention and development

recruitment and selection

ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change

reward and recognition

line managing junior team members

The successful candidate will ideally have:

a proven track record of success in an HR/People role within media, agencies or fast-paced client focused businesses

the ability to engage and communicate confidently and effectively at all levels throughout the business
