This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading, hands-on role in the delivery of a luxury private residence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations while maintaining a strong on-site presence, ensuring exceptional quality standards are achieved throughout the 64-week programme. Working closely with the Project Manager and specialist subcontractors, you will play a key role in coordinating trades, maintaining programme, and delivering a high-specification finish in line with client expectations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee and manage the day-to-day running of a £5m high-end residential build. Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on site. Carry out hands-on carpentry work where required. Ensure works are delivered to the highest quality standards and specifications. Maintain strict health and safety compliance on site.
