I am currently working with a Nottinghamshire based Local Authority for an urgent Contracts Manager role for an initial 6 months but a view for very long term work.

You will require NVQ Level 6 in either construction management or construction contracts or equivalent and preferably SMSTS.

This work focuses on Decent Homes with contract values ranging between -40-50m per year so it is essential to have Decent Homes experience.
